Working in the ÖZP –

With us, you work on a fee basis – that means:
You remain independent and at the same time learn everything you need for your future practice.
We'll match you with suitable patients and handle the entire process. You submit your monthly invoice – we'll pay you €20 per session, reliably and on time.

At the ÖZP, we are truly committed to providing aspiring psychotherapists and psychologists with an environment that fosters professional development and supports them personally. We see ourselves as a link between training and practice—with the goal of not only relieving your workload but also specifically preparing you for your future professional independence.
What makes us special:
We bring together professionals from the mental health field, rather than dividing them. Psychotherapists, clinical psychologists, and interns meet on equal terms. This fosters exchange, strengthens care, and opens up new perspectives – both professionally and collegially.
In concrete terms, this means:
Clinical psychologists iA work primarily in diagnostics.
Psychotherapists iAuS take on therapeutic cases independently.
Interns support the team and gain targeted insights into selected areas with patient contact.
Registered psychotherapists are available as contact persons for reflection and intervision.
This creates a lively, interdisciplinary collaboration – a real added value, both professionally and personally.
