Psychotherapists in training under supervision are in the final stages of their multi-year, state-regulated training. They already conduct therapy independently – with the advantage of being closely supervised by experienced teaching therapists. For patients, this means high motivation, current scientific findings, and additional quality assurance through supervision. Therapy with our colleagues is not only state-of-the-art but also affordable.

Yes, after the initial initial consultation, you will be assigned a suitable therapist who will reliably support you throughout the entire therapy process. Because therapeutic relationships thrive on trust and consistency.
No, not necessarily. In many cases, a diagnosis isn't necessary to begin psychotherapy. However, if it becomes apparent during the course of therapy or during the initial consultation that psychological assessment would be beneficial (e.g., for ADHD, autism, depression, etc.), we offer this in-house. We will make the decision together with you.
